Shipping & Returns

Delivery Information

At Winterbrook Flowers, we take pride in our efficient and reliable delivery service. We ensure that your orders are carefully packaged and promptly shipped to your doorstep. Our shipping costs are transparent, and we aim to provide you with the best delivery experience.

All tubers must be paid for at time of purchase.

Please note: due to quarantine laws, we cannot post to Tasmania or NT  (but we can post to WA)

Items in your cart are not sold until you have completed payment. This means that it is possible for items to disappear from your cart if they are purchased by other customers before you have completed the checkout process.

​

We are not offering combined shipping this year.  Once you have completed your order it cannot be changed. If you decide to purchase more tubers you will be charged additional shipping.

​

An email confirmation of your order will be sent as soon as you complete an order, and a tracking number will be emailed once your order has been posted.

All orders are sent via Australia Post using Express Post. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues around delivery once packages are in the hands of Australia Post. 

Our shipping costs for tubers are as follows:

1 - 2 items        =          $15.00
3 - 8 items        =          $22.00 
9 - 20 items      =          $28.00
21 - 40 items    =         $35.00 
41 and over      =          $40.00

Return & Refund Policy

Winterbrook Flowers holds no responsibility for tubers post-shipping. We are not responsible for the care and growing conditions of the tubers once they leave our farm.

Once tubers are planted we cannot be responsible for plants failing to grow or growing poorly.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with local growing conditions and plant nutrition requirements. We do not offer refunds simply because your tuber did not grow.

All tubers will be thoroughly checked before packing for condition and viability. We will not ship your tubers until we are confident they are ready to grow (this is likely to be October)

Please open your parcel and inspect your tubers as soon as possible.

If you have any concerns regarding the state of the tubers on arrival, please take photos to help clarify the issue and contact us by email within 2 days. We do not offer refunds or replacements outside this 2-day period.

If your tuber is not showing visible eyes (viable) or proven to be of inferior quality we will refund your purchase.

​

We are unable to replace tubers in the even of a plant that shows virus during the growing season as it is not possible to accurately determine the source of virus or when/how it was transmitted. We cannot guarantee virus free, but we do habitually check for virus and cull plants with what we suspect is most likely a virus.
