Welcome to Winterbrook Flowers

Winterbrook Flowers is a family-owned flower farm nestled near Manjimup in the lush Southern Forests of Western Australia. We specialise in cultivating a diverse selection of dahlias and offering tubers for sale online, delivering across the country. In addition, we provide exquisite buckets of fresh flowers from our farm when they are in season and available.

Our Plant Passion

At Winterbrook Flowers, we are driven by our deep-rooted passion for connecting people with the beauty of flowers that are grown locally.

Our Story

Ours is not your typical flower farming story; we have stumbled into flower farming almost incidentally, although we have been farming in other ways for over 30 years.

As commercial avocado growers on our beautiful property in south-west Western Australia we have become attuned to the rising influence of regenerative farming methods and successfully introduced many of these practices into our farming operations.

In 2021 we installed a few bee hives into our orchard to assist with pollination which also meant undertaking a crash course in beehive management.  This then led to planting a ‘few flowering plants’ that would help feed the bees…… and that’s where it all started.

The flower farm is evolving. We are still exploring different species of both annual and perennial plants that will form the basis of our expanding enterprise. We have sold the avocado portion of our farm but remain on the property, and now  - Flower Farming is our retirement venture.

Our main goal is to produce seasonal flowers that bring joy and beauty, not only to our lives but to those in our extended community.

Last summer we opened our flower patch to visitors on a few selected days and were overwhelmed and encouraged by the wonderful support from friends, neighbours, locals, visitors and other businesses. We will expand these sharing opportunities each season as our business develops.

Our farming practices are now guided by the mission to take better care of our land, regenerate the soil and choose sustainable over convenient.
